We are a small business law firm and our services range from business advisory and dispute resolutions. We have extensive experience in advising SMEs and businesses on employment matters, contracts and licensing, shareholders and partnership issues, breach of fiduciary duties, recovery of monies fraudulently misappropriated and debt recovery.
Our practice is a highly focused practice. Accordingly, we limit ourselves to client where we are confident will receive excellent value for services. The firm prides itself in offering excellent legal services and exceptional responsiveness at competitive rates.
Because of the nature of our practice, the firm serves as outside general counsel for many clients, advising on operational legal matters as they arise.
OUR LAWYER
Irene Wong received her Bachelor of Laws from University of London and admitted as Advocate & Solicitor in Malaysia in 2007. She begins her legal career as an associate in one the largest law firm in Kuala Lumpur and then a partner in the largest law firm in state of Selangor. Having practiced in larger law firms, she has vast experience in advising and litigating many business-
related matters for listed companies, private companies and individuals.
Her experience includes navigating complex shareholders and boardroom disputes, breach of fiduciary duties, recovery of monies fraudulently misappropriated, breach of contracts, emergency injunctive reliefs and debt recovery. She also has experience in cross border litigation and international arbitration under the ICC, SIAC and UNCITRAL Rules.
Having acted for both corporations and individuals, she knows no two problems are the same and share the same standard fix. Every dispute is different. This is why she has always been patient in listening and understanding the issues faced by her clients.
